Dr. Sonia Elguero is the Chief Reproductive Endocrinologist at our IVF location in Albany. She specializes in all aspects of fertility care.
Dr. Maximilian Klein is a Reproductive Endocrinologist at our IVF center in Syracuse. He specializes in all aspects of fertility care.
Dr. Jamil Mroueh is a Reproductive Endocrinologist at our fertility center in Rochester. He specializes in all aspects of fertility care.
Dr. Michael Alper is a Reproductive Endocrinologist at our IVF center in Albany. He specializes in all aspects of fertility care.
Dr. Adrienne Neithardt is a Reproductive Endocrinologist at our IVF center in Albany. She specializes in all aspects of fertility care.
Dr. Denis Vaughan is a Reproductive Endocrinologist at our IVF center in Albany. He specializes in all aspects of fertility care.
Dr. Nina Resetkova is a Reproductive Endocrinologist at our IVF center in Albany. She specializes in all aspects of fertility care.

Marsha oversees our IVF laboratory in Albany, where she works behind the scenes to optimize your embryos and fertility success.
Allison oversees our IVF laboratory in Syracuse. She received her bachelor’s degree in biology from Ithaca College and her master’s degree in Cell and Developmental Biology from Rutgers University. She also has earned and maintained her Technical Supervisor certification from the American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB) for over 16 years. Allison oversees all areas of our laboratory, from your first blood draw and semen analysis all the way to your embryo transfer.
Jessica has 10+ years of fertility experience. She coordinates all IVF cycles, all patient education, and assists with egg retrievals and embryo transfers.
Michelle Cioffi, LPN has 10+ years of infertility nursing experience. She coordinates IVF cycles, patient education, medication & treatment options.
Kim has 5+ years nursing experience in women’s heath, maternity nursing and infertility. She meets with new patients, reviews medications and treatment options, coordinates treatment cycles and performs intrauterine inseminations.
Amy Alton-Primrose, a Physician Assistant at Boston IVF in Albany, received her Associate Degree in Nursing at Pace University, and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at SUNY Stony Brook. Amy has worked as a PA in the field of Women’s Health for 25 years, including 7 ½ years in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility.
Molly Greco is a Physician Assistant at our IVF center in Syracuse. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from St. John’s University and has over ten years of experience as a PA. She sees initial consults and performs fertility testing procedures, including Hysterosalpingograms, Saline Infused Sonohysterograms, and Endometrial Biopsies.
Carly L. Hank, PA is a Physician Assistant at our fertility center in Rochester.
