Information that you provide to Boston IVF.

  • Contact Us. When you express an interest in obtaining additional information about our services, request information about the patient portal, request support, fill out forms, or use our “Contact”, “Ask a Question,” or “Ask Rhonda” features, we collect your personal information, such as your name, date of birth, phone number, email address, zip code and information in any comments that you provide.
  • Appointments. When you request an appointment, we collect your personal information, such as your name, date of birth, phone number, email address, zip code, insurance provider, and information in any comments that you provide.
  • Events. When you register for or attend an event, we will collect the personal information you provide, such as your name and email address.
  • Newsletters. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we may collect your name and email address and other information you provide to send you emails and information about our services.
  • Clinical Studies Inquiries. If you inquire about a clinical study, we will collect the personal information you provide, including your name and email address.
  • Testimonials. If you agree to provide your testimonial, we will collect the personal information your provide, including your name, photo, partner’s name, email address, state, treatment type, diagnosis, doctor name, treatment location, length of treatment, and the content of your testimonial. Note that we may post your testimonial on our Websites with your consent.

Social Media. If you post information on our webpage on a social media platform, we may use the information to respond, to promote our business and services, and in the normal course of our business operations. We may collect your personal information, such as your social media username, and other personal characteristics that you have made publicly available on the social media website. Note that the third-party operators of social media websites also receive such information, and their use of your personal information is governed by their own privacy policies.

We and our partners use various technologies to collect and store information when you visit one of our Websites or open one of our emails, and this may include using cookies or similar technologies to identify your browser or device. No Use by Children

The Websites are not intended for use anyone under 13 years of age. Boston IVF does not knowingly allow anyone under the age of 13 to participate in any activity on the Websites. If a child has provided us with personal information, a parent or guardian of that child may contact us to have the information deleted from our records.
